I provide professional alteration and extension services, helping you make better use of your existing space or create additional living areas within your home. Whether you're modifying an existing layout or adding a new extension, I focus on creating practical spaces that work well with the existing structure and character of your home.

For alterations, I start by understanding your requirements and assessing the existing space. I can carry out structural changes, modify layouts and update finishes and fixtures to improve the functionality and appearance of your home. I take care to ensure any changes work naturally with the existing property.

For extensions, I can help create additional space such as larger living areas, additional bedrooms, home offices or other spaces suited to your needs. I work with you to understand your requirements and ensure the new space integrates well with the existing property.

I can manage the construction work involved in an extension, including structural work, foundations, framing, roofing and internal finishing. I also coordinate the different stages of the project to help keep the work organised and moving forward efficiently.

Throughout the project, I maintain clear communication and keep disruption to a minimum wherever possible. I take pride in delivering careful workmanship and a high standard of finish, whether I'm carrying out a smaller alteration or working on a larger home extension.

Whether you're looking to improve your existing layout, create more living space or undertake a larger renovation, I provide a reliable and detail-focused service tailored to your home and requirements.
